15 Minute Personalized Birthday Gift Idea

How cute are these lap desks!!! I have made several as birthday presents for my daughters friends. They are so easy to personalize with the Cricut. First you cut the background design out of vinyl and then cut the name out of a contrasting color and that's it. Too easy!!!
We add a coloring book and a pack of crayons or markers to complete the package.
They have been a big hit with everyone.

What Do You Do With Your Ribbon Scraps?

I decided to try and find a clever way to store all of my ribbon scraps. I am somewhat of a ribbon-aholic. So, I have a LOT of ribbons!

This is what I came up with. A large jar that I labeled "Ribbons" with red vinyl. I love it because it's clear and I can easily see what I have. This was such an easy solution to my problem.

Hand Stamped Thank You Cards

Here is one of the thank you cards I designed for my daughter to send out to her friends after her birthday party. Pretty cute if I do say so myself! :)

Below is a picture of the inside. The flower shows through a window that I punched out of the front of the card.

Personalized Sippy Cups & Name Labels

I love to personalize things. Especially for children. I especially think that children would swap much fewer germs if there bottles and sippy cups had their names on them.

I put a princess crown on this sippy cup and the plan is to have the childs name overlap the top of it. I have used this design on other children's items and it is VERY cute! See the picture of the lap desk on the right. -->

Another new find that I LOVE is the Bumpy Name Orbit Label shown below. These rubbery bands fit snuggly on bottles, sippy cups, water bottles, snack containers, etc. They are not easily removed by little hands so their snacks will stay labeled. These labels can be personalized with a name, a cute little icon, a phone number, an allergy alert, or a cute pet name like "Lil Princess." They are also D/W safe, M/W safe, and can be boiled for sterilization. What more can you ask for??
